Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to registrations for this course:

• 30 days or more before the course:  Cancellations received at least 30 days before the course date will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
• 15–29 days before the course:  Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund.
• Fewer than 15 days before the course:  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 15 days before the course date or for no-shows.
• Registration transfers:  Registration may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge up to 48 hours before the course.
• Course cancellation:  If the course is canceled by the organizer, the registration fee will be refunded in full. However, the organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
